Payment and shipping information
1. Bank transfer/ prepayment
We will send you the bank details by e-mail after your purchase. Once you have made the payment, we will ship your new TRIPSTIX-Gear immediately.
PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay quickly and securely in online shops. Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with each online purchase. Simple: You pay with two clicks. Because you fall back on your bank or credit card data deposited with PayPal, instead of entering them with each purchase again.
3. Purchase on account
We rely on a mutual and trusting relationship with our customers. That's why we offer you the possibility to purchase your TRIPSTIX gear on account.
1. Delivery date
The period for delivery begins with payment by prepayment/bank transfer on the day after issuing the payment order to the transferring bank or with other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

4. Delivery area
Deliveries are made to all states of the European Union, as well as to Switzerland.
5. Delivery time
The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in the shopping cart when ordering online. If you have given us your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will receive further confirmation of the delivery time. Via your e-mail address we will also give you further helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and return confirmations.
6. Shipment division
If the waiting time is too long, we will agree with you whether it is reasonable to split the shipment. You will not incur any additional shipping costs. If the shipment is split, you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. We inform you with a delivery confirmation about the dispatch of your order in several packages.
7. Logistics partner
The ordered items will be packed by us as soon as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for shipment. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.
8. Shipment tracking
By means of your parcel identification number/shipment number you can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time, unless the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on tracking in your delivery confirmation by email.
